4.1 - JeBeGone primarily uses your personal information for processing, producing, and shipping the products that you order, administering JoeBeGone forums, and providing customer service and support. For example,  if you sign up to receive JoeBeGone newsletters, JoeBeGone will use the email address you provide to send you the newsletters. JoeBeGone does not share your credit card or other account information with unaffiliated third parties unless you authorize us to do so, or if it is necessary to fulfill our responsibilities including, but not limited to, delivering a product or service that you order. JoeBeGone may need to share certain personal information with third party vendors for reasons such as manufacturing, printing, or logistics. If your personal information changes or if you no longer want to use JoeBeGone services, you may correct or update your personal information and/or your account through the account management screen. 8.2 - If you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request information regarding the disclosure of your personal information by JoeBeGone to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. 9. Opting Out of Communications from JoeBeGone

9.1 - JoeBeGone wants to communicate with you via email only if you want to hear from us. If, for any reason, you would no longer like to receive email messages from JoeBeGone, you can unsubscribe by clicking the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of one of those emails.

9.2 - Your privacy is important to us, and for this reason we will never share or sell your email address with any third parties for direct marketing purposes.
